General Provisions

jetba is an online gaming platform that provides various games and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jetba and its users.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing any false or incorrect information risks account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds. If your information changes, you are required to notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with any third party. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify the jetba support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for transactions on the jetba platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a registered payment account.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Any fees charged by the payment provider for a transaction are to be borne by the user.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 5 to 30 minutes.
• Every withdrawal request goes through a verification and security check.
• jetba reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• The relevant wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jetba offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To claim the bonus, the following conditions must be met.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Once you wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 using the bonus, the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Another example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each user may claim the first deposit bonus only once.
• A bonus offer applies only to the games or sections specified in the offer description.
• jetba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• An account may not use multiple bonuses at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If a bonus fund balance reaches zero, the bonus will be considered void.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed immediately.

Gaming Rules

The jetba platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them carefully before playing.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jetba uses software from established game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) to ensure fair play. Exploiting any software vulnerability, using bots, or using any unauthorized strategy is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is voided due to a server error, connection issue, or any other technical reason, jetba holds both the right and the responsibility to refund the relevant funds. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid.

jetba has a three-tier VIP program for loyal players, which you can advance through based on your regular play.

Cashback is credited to the user's account every week. Advancement or demotion in VIP tier depends entirely on gaming activity, and jetba's decision is final.

9.1 User's Right to Close Their Own Account

Any user may close their account at any time. In this case, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned to the user's registered payment method, but any active bonus funds will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

jetba is not liable for any financial loss related to gaming. The platform makes every effort to ensure the highest level of security and protection, but jetba is not liable in the following cases:

• Issues caused by the failure of third-party services.
• Loss of a game due to internet connection interruption.
• Account security breaches caused by the user's own negligence.
